1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary:
Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Other Areas: 5–9 business days

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number or email ID.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD on most orders. However, for high-value orders, we may require prepayment to ensure safe delivery.

4. What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We’re sorry! Please email us at support@wishtrolley.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll replace or refund it as soon as possible.

6. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, Wish Trolley ships only within India. We’re working on expanding soon!

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please email us quickly at support@wishtrolley.com.
