Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Wish Trolley. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- You raise the request within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in original condition and packaging
Note: Items like personal care, beauty products, and innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@wishtrolley.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for return
- A clear photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
We respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received (if applicable):
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- For COD orders, we’ll request your bank or UPI details
4. Exchanges
We offer free replacements for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong items sent
If the replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if it hasn't shipped.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
