1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed.

2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, strikes, or high demand.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (Limited-time offer)
  • No additional fees or hidden costs at checkout

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page using your order ID or registered email.


5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable courier services like:

  • Delhivery
  • Shiprocket
  • BlueDart
  • India Post (for remote areas)

6. Undelivered Packages

If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or non-collection, we may attempt a redelivery. If the second attempt fails, the order may be cancelled or returned to us.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We’re working on expanding soon!
